the chicest place of all
tucked away in Muskoka (specific location is my little secret) is the most romantic, beautiful place (arguably, in the whole world)

dichotomy.
Trying to take a little appreciation of the sunshine in Confederation Park, I made dutiful observations that ruined what may otherwise have been a very chic lunch.
According to Ottawa urban legend, the fountain that resides in the park was donated from England, where it originally sat in Trafalgar Square in London. After a Londoner decided to off himself in the fountain, complaints were made that aforementioned fountain was haunted.
Hand-me-down fountains are not chic;
even less so is bathing in such fountains when you're grown.

the kee
While living in Muskoka, i've been introduced to a well known, popular establishment called The Kee to Bala. Every Monday night, hundreds of deprived-20 something-year-olds pile into yellow school buses and are carted to 'downtown Bala'. With a combination of plastic cups and themed nights (needless to say) I ventured into the world of not chic. That being said, I will reluctantly admit ... I had fun. Irony strikes again.
I'm Waldo ... can you spot me?
